Camryn works from a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, helping clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours affect both mind and body. By exploring these patterns, young people gain clarity, emotional awareness, and practical coping skills, empowering them to create meaningful change and build self-confidence.

With a background in counselling and applied psychology, and experience supporting diverse developmental and emotional needs, Camryn is passionate about helping adolescents and young adults feel grounded, supported, and confident in their ability to navigate life’s complexities.

Teens & Young Adults Counselling (12–25 years)


We provide specialised counselling for teens and young adults in Sydney, offering a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore emotions, relationships, and life’s challenges. Working collaboratively, we help young people develop emotional awareness, confidence, and practical coping strategies that feel realistic, achievable, and tailored to their life. We commonly support young people with:

  • Emotional overwhelm, shutdown, or outbursts
  • Self-esteem, identity, and confidence
  • School stress, burnout, and academic challenges
